YLC is an initiative of Authentic Leadership Holding Company, a private, non-profit company. YLC is dedicated to providing innovative programs and initiatives that focus on empowerment and leadership development. Through our programs, we seek to inspire individuals, both personally and professionally, to discover their full potential, with a focus on developing leadership skills.
YLC empowers participants to achieve positive and sustainable changes in habits, behaviors, and attitudes through comprehensive and diverse programs that meet the needs of different age groups. These programs offer unique experiences that combine advanced leadership concepts with a personal growth mindset, allowing each participant the opportunity to adopt a new lifestyle that enhances their capabilities and enables them to achieve their goals effectively and successfully.
Our journey began in 2011, with the goal of delivering high-level leadership programs in collaboration with global partners. One of the most prominent was the “making of a Champion” program, one of the leading programs of the global LMI company. Our efforts continued for five years with dedication and mastery, and in 2016, YLC took a purposeful expansion step to reach a wider audience, with the delivery of global programs specialized in leadership and leadership empowerment, to consolidate our mission and achieve a tangible and sustainable impact.
We believe that man is the greatest of God’s creations, deriving this from His Almighty saying: “And We have certainly honored the children of Adam,” and inspired by his great responsibility with which he was entrusted in His Almighty saying: “Indeed, I will place upon the earth a vicegerent.” Based on this firm belief, we believe that empowering man with knowledge, skills, and positive attitudes, while preserving our authentic Arab identity, and developing a mindset of sustainable personal growth, is the way to create inspiring and influential leaders in their fields. Leaders capable of bringing about positive changes on the personal, professional, and societal levels.
Based on this, YLC was established in 2011 to be an incubator and beacon for the creation of authentic leaders in the Arab world, committed to a clear vision to develop effective leaders and solid values that contribute to building a bright and sustainable future.

Values
Values are a central foundation in our programs for shaping the identity and influence of a leader. They guide behaviors and decisions, and ensure consistency between what we believe and what we say and do. Our leadership programs promote authentic values and ethics such as integrity, strength, and honesty to create (the strong and trustworthy), and to sense our true role in life based on the principle (We have not sent you except as a mercy to the worlds), which enables leaders to inspire their teams and achieve sustainable goals with a spirit of responsibility and ethics.
Our programmes are internationally accredited and delivered within the context of our cultural and social norms and system.
We provide our cognitive content in small and deep cognitive doses, accompanied by practical practices, applications, and feedback to enable the participant to acquire knowledge and skills in different life situations.
Habits are what make a person’s character and make him/her rise or fall!! In our programs, we focus on making the skill a habit, to contribute to changing the lifestyle by acquiring positive habits in various aspects of life.
We believe in the importance of balance in our roles in life based on the principle of “give everyone their due.” Therefore, we enable the participant to acquire the knowledge, skills, and habits to achieve comprehensive balance in his/her roles in life.
Spaced repetition is a learning strategy that distributes learning sessions over spaced time periods to enhance recall, improve comprehension, and increase learning efficiency by transferring information to long-term memory and supporting sustained practical application.
We focus on creating a supportive learning environment that encourages participants to think critically, take responsibility, and make decisions with confidence. Facilitation focuses on guiding discussions and activities in an interactive manner, while Coaching enhances participants’ sense of ability to apply what they have learned in practice, contributing to building influential leaders.
We have transformed the most important lessons learned from our experiences into reports and publications.
Vision 2030 has set among its strategic objectives the reduction of the unemployment rate and working to reduce it. The Minister of Labor has stated that unemployment is a national project, stressing that His Highness the Crown Prince, Prince Mohammed bin Salman, had previously said that the rate would drop to 7% by 2030, where it currently stands at 11.6%.
Attracting highly qualified human resources and searching for those with individual skills has become a complex and difficult process for some entities that are still thinking of attracting only qualified personnel who perform their duties.
She fears attracting people with high capabilities and skills, for fear of displacing her from her current positions!
What distinguishes the future is that it carries within it the characteristic of uncertainty, the difficulty of predicting what it will explain to us in terms of rapid developments that precede one another, as technology, globalization, and demographic transformations constitute a new area of competition between companies of the twenty-first century.
Creating female leaders is not a luxury, but rather a necessity in our current time. Economic challenges are increasing day after day, the requirements of living are escalating, and the needs of the Saudi family have become many. All of these requirements tell us of a coming renaissance from another half of society - women - and their creation in a manner befitting them and the skills and capabilities that God has given them.
Education is no longer limited to indoctrination, memorizing information, and sitting within four walls only. Rather, education has become a necessary means in creating a human being and enhancing the comprehensive development of the student, a development that affects his intellectual, mental, social, physical, and psychological system.
Our current era is characterized by its rapid development that has affected all fields, due to the developments witnessed by information and communications technology, which in turn has allowed most of the world’s population to communicate without borders. As a result of this global communication between the inhabitants of the Earth, there have been noticeable transformations that have affected most aspects of life, including education and training.
Given the power of habits in our lives and their impact on our behaviors, and considering them the main driver of more than our daily actions, and also considering them the first representative of our personalities as Aristotle says: "We are what we repeatedly do." We at YLC conducted a survey on about 83 participants, the aim of which was to know the most prominent habits that make a person feel satisfied or achieve his growth, and we adopted the Wheel of Life tool represented in the professional aspect, the relationship aspect, the family aspect, and the health aspect.
We value our customers' trust in our programs and services.
